Tough night at home for the Panthers as they faced the Riley Wildcats, falling 0–9 in a matchup where Riley controlled the pace early and never let up. Even with the scoreline, Washington kept fighting through every possession, staying organized, communicating, and refusing to fold. The back line saw constant pressure but stayed disciplined, clearing dangerous balls and forcing Riley to earn every look. Midfielders kept working to connect passes and push the ball forward, and the team’s energy stayed steady all the way to the final whistle. It wasn’t the result they wanted, but the effort was real, and the group showed the kind of resilience that builds a program. They’ll regroup, reset, and get back to work as they prepare for the next one. The story isn’t the score — it’s the fight they showed and the growth that follows.
