Girls Soccer falls to Adams

Washington girls soccer closed out their season at home against the Adams Eagles, falling 9–1, but finally breaking through with a moment they’ve been chasing all year. After weeks of grinding, adjusting, and refusing to fold, the Panthers got their first goal of the season — a clean finish from Olivia Bueno, who stayed locked in and buried her chance. It came in the final game of the year, but it came with pride, effort, and the kind of persistence this group has shown since day one. Adams JV controlled most of the match, but Washington kept competing, kept running, and kept finding ways to stay together. Even in a tough result, the team walked off their home field with something real: growth, grit, and a goal that proves how far they’ve come. Season ends. Heart stays. Olivia on the board. Panthers moving forward.
